My son loves his sessions at PFT Academy! The coaches noticed he was quiet to begin with and supported him to join in with the session and enjoy being with the group. He enjoys the sessions as they are structured enough to know what he needs to do but relaxed enough that he can experiment with skills he has learnt and extend them, learning new things.

Amazing bunch of cool, caring and professional trainers! My 2 boys absolutely love their classes that are structured, purposeful, engaging, active with an element of free training too. I know my boys are in a safe, caring and kind environment where they can have fun, be themselves and develop their physical skills all at the same time. We truly appreciate your kindness and care. Highly recommend to all active boys and girls!

PFT have been amazing for my boys (10 and 6). They have developed so many skills and their confidence to try something new is brilliant. This is down to the fantastic coaches, who give personal feedback and really do make such a difference. The camps are also really good fun and and my boys really look forward to their sessions with PFT. Would highly recommend to anyone children or adults who want to try something new.
